Most frequent questions and answers
We expect 200 attendees per event, of which 75% are sellers. To qualify as a seller, a link to the store needs to be provided, which we do check. Non-seller tickets are more expensive and caped at 50.
Of course! We encourage our sponsors to pitch their topic during the session planning.
We will comply, but not exceed, with all Covid-19-related requirements by the local authorities. No restrictions have currently been announced. Feel free to wear a face mask for your own protection. 😷
B2B exhibitors outside of Germany are exempt from German VAT. The reverse-charge procedure applies.
We have organized this format 9 times in Germany, and we have co-organized the event once internationally. The event usually sells out weeks in advance.

Barcamps, also known as “unconferences”, differ from conventional conferences as no speakers are booked in advance. There are only participants. They develop the program together, which means that it fully meets the wishes of the participants.
